  • Due to the delicate nature of our lighting products, we take extra care in packing each order. Therefore, please allow a processing time of 24-48 hours for your order to be shipped.

2. Shipping From

  • All orders are shipped from our location in Milnerton, Cape Town.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on your location within South Africa.
  • Typically, shipping takes between 2-5 working days.
  • For larger orders, please expect delivery towards the lengthier end of this range, i.e., closer to 5 working days.

4. Shipping Rates

  • We charge a flat fee for shipping. This rate applies to both regional and national deliveries.
  • Orders above R2999.00 ship for free. 
  • Orders below R2999.00 ship for a flat fee of R125.00.

5. Shipping Method

  • We use reputable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

6. Packaging

  • To ensure the safety of your products, we use high-quality, secure packaging materials.
